Free delivery postage on any purchase UK & EU
We endeavour to ensure delivery within 7 days from receipt of order (UK) Handsewn and handprinted items are made on receipt of your order.
We are pleased to accept orders outside of the EU. Delivery postage £6.00 on all orders outside of the EU
Return of faulty goods: Running Hare is determined to go to every length to ensure that you are a very happy customer! If however, you have purchased a product that is faulty in any way, please return it to us at Running Hare within 14 days. Please contact us by email immediately upon receipt of the product, quoting your order number, and the returns procedure will be explained.
Return of non-faulty goods:
We are certain that you will be more than happy with every item purchased at Running Hare, but should the unlikely event arise that you wish to cancel/return your order then you may do so in accordance with the provisions below.
Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your purchase order within seven days of receipt by the appropriate addressee, of products sold under our agreement with you. Basically this means that you can return your order within seven days of receiving it. We cannot however accept returns if:
- The products have been personalised or customised in any way.
- The packaging has been unsealed or damaged.
- The product is perishable
To return your products you will need to firstly contact us, by email so that we may give you a returns number and talk you through the returns procedure.
You will need to send written notice and return the products purchased to Running Hare (please see the ‘contact us’ page for the address, refer to your online invoice or the delivery note despatched with your goods). It is recommended that - for your own protection – you should return the product back to us at Running Hare using recorded delivery. Only when we have received the item in its original state will Running Hare refund the purchase price: if the product is not in a saleable condition we will not be able to offer you a refund.
Please note that you will be responsible for the delivery costs of returning unwanted goods and if the items returned are not in a resalable condition then regrettably we will have to resend the goods to you at your expense.
